The South Beach Diet Supercharged: Quicker Weight Loss and Better Health for Life

I bought this book about a month ago and I haven’t lost a pound! I’ve been keeping it next to me when I’m sitting on the couch watching TV and when I’m eating pizza for dinner. I take it to bed with me when I need a mid afternoon nap. Still no results! There is nothing “Supercharged” about this book at all! I guess I’ll thow it on the bookshelf with the rest of the diet books that didn’t work. Oh well!

I can not review this book because I returned the book because it wasn’t what I was looking for.

I’ve been on the south beach diet for four weeks and have lost a total of four pounds. . . all of which came off the first week. I’m not sure this is worth the effort.

Didn’t find this book very helpfull at all. Basic common sense things.
I was supposed to receive a free workout DVD with pre order. Didn’t receive this. Fake marketing to get people to buy earlier. I will do more research before I buy again.
