These are delicious although you need a breath mint after eating one.

These meal bars are the best bars out there. I have tried many and these are the best tasting. They have the protein and fiber content I was looking for. They are really filling as well. I always drink at least 8 oz. of water with them. Great breakfast when you are on the go.

I recently ordered several South Beach energy bars and found them all very tasty, but this ‘Chocolate Meal Bar’ is exceptionally tasty, reminding me of a really good candy bar like a ‘Snickers’ bar but with only 180 calories, 13 grams of protein and 23 vitamins and minerals. . . . it doesn’t get much better than this!

This was the first South Beach Living Bars I have purchased. I am very happy with the product, it tastes great and has enough protein to start the day! My only complaint is the price. I was able to purchase several boxes during a promotional event, but since that time I have not been able to find any further discount specials.
