Everyone is different and responds differently to diets. I, personally, am against them! I was turned on to the product due to drastic reasoning and was very skeptical. I used the product and have come to the conclusion that it is a temporary fix for a long term problem. It tastes fantastic because it basically just tastes like fruit juice. The amount of sugar in the product helps nothing! A person could have the same results if they just drank water all day and fasted for 24 to 48 hours. So, either you can fast. . . or fast with sugar and something that has flavor. . .
