The full book The Flat Belly Diet is excellent. I bought the pocket guide as the cookbook was not available until August and I passed along the book to my mother and brother. It is okay, but I reckon waiting for the cookbook is a better financial option.

I still have not received the book. I have requested a refund. The seller continues to extend the possible delivery date and will not issue a refund. I do not recommend this seller.
