My whole family is trying to find a diet that works for us. I like the I Can Do This Diet because its comprehensive information on what to eat, why to eat it, and what time of day to eat it. He gave us a regiment that I can definitely follow. My wife and I have been on the diet for 7 days and I have lost 3 pounds, and she has lost 4. Pretty amazing if you ask me.

After reading this book, it’s interesting to know that very few dieters managed to lose weight and keep it off for good for the past years.
Dr. Colbert’s diet is different because he puts together all of the factors that affect our weight and most importantly he has a practical plan for it and there is an interactive online survey to help dieter target roadblocks. This is an instruction manual, a practical guidebook, for permanent weight loss and for dietary lifestyle.
Also, this book help us to change our eating lifestyle. It also guides us to conquer food cravings. These are very important!
This is a good book for everybody to read and learn.
