Packed with caffeine and sugar and maybe a little ACAI juice. a lot of other reviews seem to be fake. A lot of people start taking them already convinced it will work so what do they do? They start hitting the gym harder and with more confidence suddenly noticing a huge difference. my advice save the money hit the market and try some caffine pills to help get you going, protein shakes 3 times a day and hit the gym twice a day carrdio (riding a bike or light jog) in morning before work, you will notice that you are much more alert throughout the day just from getting your circulation going and oxygen into your blood stream. after work or after dinner hit the weights hard use up all that extra energy you got. You don't need a pill to make changes just change your attitude, start slow and do more everyday. I know it is easier said then done so that is why i suggested the caffeine to help you get going, avoid coffee, it will not make you feel like working out. With all that said I have not tried these pills, thinking about trying them but i will never put trust in them. they might leave you disappointed, put your trust in yourself.
